Whytecliff Painting & Coating Ltd. is carrying out a comprehensive exterior concrete restoration and coating program across all three residential towers at the Times Square complex in Burnaby. Working from full-height scaffolding, our scope includes pressure washing of the existing concrete façades, scraping, mechanical grinding, crack chasing, localized concrete repairs, filling and patching, spot priming, and application of the specified exterior concrete coating system.

The work is being completed in carefully sequenced phases across Towers 1, 2, and 3, with ongoing adhesion testing, field reviews, deficiency correction, and coordination with BC Building Science as the building-envelope consultant and Renewal Construction as the general contractor. The project is nearing completion and represents a technically demanding building-envelope restoration scope requiring extensive surface preparation, access coordination, and quality-control oversight.
